As a vegetarian in a household of carnivores, finding places that make all of us happy can be…an adventure of its own. Whether it’s veggie tacos for me or barbecue platters for the rest of the crew, we’re always on the lookout for memorable meals that go beyond the standard drive-thru. Let’s be completely for real though, more times than not, a drive-thru hits on a road trip.
I’m not great at taking pictures of food. In fact, most of the time I forget completely. So if you’re here for aesthetically pleasing, perfectly placed food pics, this may not be the place for you. But I do remember a good meal, a great cup of coffee or a well-made cocktail.
